& Ann Strickland.

Astrid Pujari MD is a physician, double board certified in internal medicine and integrative medicine, who practiced in her own integrative medicine clinic for 13 years, and is now the medical director for the Center for Integrative Medicine at Virginia Mason. She has extensive experience facilitating and empowering people to cultivate a relationship with their inner wisdom and transform, both one-on-one, and in groups. She is a national and international speaker on meditation, and integrative medicine, for both medical and lay audiences.

Ann Strickland is a musician who has led music in intergenerational spiritual communities, notably for over 20 years as Music and Arts Director at Grace Episcopal Church on Bainbridge Island. Ann has extensive experience facilitating spiritual retreats and developing curriculum to support people as they explore their own deep inner wisdom. She is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, and music teacher. Ann is also a yoga teacher, specializing in musical mantra meditation practices. Her recordings are available on Bandcamp

Ann is the co-founder of 3 non-profit organizations, and is currently president of

Give to Heal, an organization devoted to helping women who have experienced trauma gain access to holistic wellness care.
